21/04/2011 - 3e étape : Lucca – Montecatini (PT) 144km

22/04/2011 - 4e étape : Capannori (LU) – Subbiano (AR) 166 km

23/04/2011 - 5e étape : Subbiano (AR) – Gaiole in Chianti (SI) 145km (dont 30 km à la “Strada Bianchi”)
